1. 7-Day Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
- You have completed less than 20% of the course content.
- You have not downloaded any course materials or resources.
- The request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
- More than 20% of the course has been completed.
- Downloadable resources have been accessed or downloaded.
- The course was purchased during a promotional or flash-sale event (clearly marked at time of purchase).
- Subscription or bundle purchases (partial refunds are not issued).
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please:
- Email us at support@blitzprompt.com with subject: "Refund Request — [Course Name]"
- Or raise a support ticket with your order details.
Please include your registered email, order ID, and the reason for your refund request. We will respond within 2 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Course Access After Refund
Upon approval of a refund, your access to the course and all related materials will be immediately revoked.
6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems preventing you from accessing course content, please report the issue first. We will work to resolve it before processing any refund.
